Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom and made-to-order products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

All Orders Are Final Sale
All products are custom and made-to-order. Once payment has been processed and received, orders placed are considered final sale. 

Cancellation of Orders
All products are considered final sale. If you request to cancel your order before it ships, a Restocking Fee of 20% will be deducted from your refund. Cancellation request must be made within 5 days of order date. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
